Ruth M. Dollman, 90, of Maumee passed away January 28, 2012 at her home. Ruth was born on January 13, 1922 in Toledo, Ohio to Louis and Catherine (Kesting) Mertes. She was married to Joseph Dollman on November 26, 1949 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Toledo. Ruth was a comptometer operator for Ransom and Randolf, and later a homemaker. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Maumee where she was a member of the Rosary Altar Society. Ruth was active in the Boy Scouts where she was a den mother and actively involved with Troop 104. She is also the proud mother of 3 sons, 10 grandsons who are Eagle Scouts and one great-grandson who will soon achieve the rank of Eagle Scout. Ruth is survived by her husband, Joseph; children, Joseph (Kathy), James (Janis) Dollman, Teresa (Brian) Dollman-Jersey, Roxane (Mark) Kwiatkowski, Mary Beth (Jim) Drockton, and Katie (Ron) Dollman-Schulz, and John (Ann) Dollman; grandchildren, Allison, Joe, Michael, Jacob, Jason (Angela), Corey, Sean, Keith, Gregory (Jennifer), Megan, Andrew, Bridgette, Joey, Mary Catherine, Meredith, Zachary, Isaac and Sarah; great-grandson, Nicholas; six adopted kids, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her twin sons, Daniel and David; sisters, Mary C. Walker and Margaret Kaspitzke, and brother, Robert Mertes. Visitation for Ruth will be Friday February 3, 2012 from 2:00-8:00 p.m. with a scripture service at 7:00 p.m. at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, Maumee, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Maumee, Ohio. Interment will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
